about the VVHS

Re-homing animals via ADOPTION is one of our largest endeavors.

The VVHS provides shelter and care for homeless animals throughout the Verde Valley, Yavapai County, and the Yavapai-Apache Nation. In 2017 our animal intake was 1408. We promote respect for all animals.
